Delicate, Not Weak

This one began with the lightest touches - soft washes and pale translucent petals, almost like they might disappear if you breathed too close. But building it up with some bold outlines taught me something: Delicacy isn't about fragility; it's about intention and proof that soft and loud can coexist.

Every layer was quiet but deliberate, each bloom adding to the chorus until the canvas felt alive with movement. Up close its gentle, even a little whispery. But step back, and the strength reveals itself - bold, undeniable, and holding its ground.

Sometimes the softest things speak the loudest.

Whats the Specs?
This piece is 120x90cm, framed in flooded gum.

What did I watch while creating this?
Of course, I was watching The Summer I got Pretty whilst creating this one. Thankfully I had finished the piece before I got to S3E6. That bath scene had me in a chokehold.

How many hours did this take me?
81 hours on this one.
